Singing for the brain

Information about singing group in Poole to help with memory loss. Singing for the Brain is based around the principles of music therapy and singing. The structured group sessions use music to encourage communication and participation and include opportunities to talk to other people.

Step Outside Allotment Gardening

Allotment gardening group for people with dementia in Kingston Lacy. Group is open to anyone affected by dementia, and is an opportunity for people to continue or develop gardening skills, produce plants and vegetables, enjoy being in the fresh air and meet other like-minded people.
